Time Commitment: How deep do you want your "exposure" to be and what time constraints do you have at your end?
Given a free hand, I would say that the ideal format for pursuing these themes (in a way that also allows for a reasonable level of discussion) is that of 2-3 hours of contact time per day over the course of a five day teaching week. Even so, I have already noted that these themes might be of particular interest to those charged with offering worthwhile continuing professional development and/or away-day events, in which case the time commitment involved must be guided by the time constraints that apply in each case. But whether for these reasons or otherwise, I can of course speak to these themes (in correspondingly less detail) in anything from a one-hour lecture, two-hour seminar, or half-day session (which allows at least some time for a proper discussion to develop) to a full day or two (although this can be a bit exhausting for all concerned - people need time to process what is being presented and discussed). At the other end of the spectrum, I can also present several of these courses in considerably more detail in the context of a 2-3 hours per day x two week course (assuming a five day teaching week). This kind of format allows time for some serious reading and, in some cases, project work to be undertaken. In sum, then, please feel free to discuss this with me in the context of your situation.
